Terms of Service
The rules for using Enzo Celebration AI while it is a preview: free examples, an opening list, no payments, and what photos you may use.
These terms apply to enzocelebrationai.online as it works today. By using the site you agree to them.
What the site offers today
The site shows six example videos made with our generation pipeline from AI-generated people, lets you preview the ordering flow with a photo that stays in your browser, and lets you leave an email address to hear when generation and payments open. No video is generated for you yet, no account is created, and no payment is taken. The prices shown ($3.99 for one video, $9.99 for three, $14.99 for five, one-time) are the planned prices; pressing a price button only records your interest and opens the email form.
Photos you may use
When generation opens you will be asked to confirm the following before every video, and the same rules apply to any photo you pick on the preview today:
- The photo shows an adult.
- The photo is yours, or the person in it has given you permission.
- The photo does not show a child or a public figure, including the player the celebration is named after.
We may refuse or remove any video that breaks these rules once generation is open.
Example videos
The six example clips are generated by us from AI-generated people. They do not show real people and may not be used to suggest that any real person endorses anything.
Not affiliated
Enzo Celebration AI is a fan-made site. It is not affiliated with Enzo Fernández, any club, any league, any tournament organizer, or the owners of the Topo Gigio character. Names are used only to describe the celebration gesture.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break into the site, scrape it at a rate that harms it, submit other people's email addresses, or use the site for anything illegal. We may block access from addresses that do this.
No warranty
The preview is provided as is. We do not promise that generation will open on any date or that the planned prices will not change. Because no payment is taken today, there is nothing to refund; a refund rule will be published with the first paid plan.
Changes
We will update these terms when generation, accounts, or payments open, and the date at the top will change.
